WHAT TO EXPECT
Program Phases
Phase 1
Each LMA Adventure begins with an initial evaluation to understand the individual’s current level of language proficiency, lexical similarities, and other factors. Based on this assessment, the LMA Adventure program may require an additional two to six weeks of preparatory sessions, known as Pre-Adventure Prep, similar to the training and preparation required for a space flight.

Pre-Adventure Prep
- Duration: 2 to 6 weeks of preparatory sessions.
- Purpose: Similar to training and preparation required for a space flight, ensuring participants are ready for the adventure.
Phase 2
Following the preparatory phase, participants embark on the 28-day Language Adventure with their native language companion friend. The program is monitored weekly by an LMA Language Guide. The program concludes with a final individual success session, ensuring that participants have effectively reached their Language Breakthrough milestone.
Depending on the length of the Pre-Adventure Prep, the entire LMA Adventure program takes three months or less to complete.
what is a language breakthrough?
The LMA Language Breakthrough is the ability to speak with and understand native speakers, enabling someone to live and function in a new language environment.
This milestone is measured by the ability to continuously speak about a thought or concept for more than five minutes and to engage in a meaningful conversation with a native speaker for over fifteen minutes in the new language.
This breakthrough can be approximately correlated to reaching the A2 level in speech and listening abilities on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale for individuals unfamiliar with the target language. For those with some proficiency in the target language, the success measure is determined during the initial consultation and pre-sessions.
what is an lma language quantum leap?
The LMA Language Quantum Leap (reaching a Critical Mass) represents the crossing of a threshold where individuals can continuously learn and improve their language skills without the need for third-party coaching, teaching, or training.
This milestone signifies a high level of language proficiency, allowing individuals to independently seek out new learning opportunities and engage with native speakers to enhance their language abilities.
The LMA Language Quantum Leap is estimated by LMA to approximate the B2 to C1 levels in speech and listening abilities on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale, indicating upper-intermediate to advanced proficiency.
Achieving a Language Quantum Leap
To achieve an LMA Language Quantum Leap, an individual will achieve several consecutive LMA Language Breakthroughs by participating in a series of four LMA Language Adventures as part of the LMA Language Expedition.
The Expedition lasts for 12 months, during which the individual is continuously evaluated by LMA Language Guides to assess their progress.
If the individual reaches the LMA Language Quantum Leap after completing two or three Adventures, the remaining Adventures can be used to acquire another new language.

To qualify for a refund, you must:
- Complete the program, attending all required sessions and engaging in specific learning activities.
- Submit a refund request during the final “Future Session” if your results do not meet expectations.
- Return a completed refund request form within 3 working days.

Five forces
Our curriculum uses five forces that are essential in the language acquisition process. This method aligns with how humans have evolved to acquire language, promoting a more intuitive and effective mastery of new languages. By emphasizing genuine connections and practical communication, LMA provides a more immersive and engaging language learning experience.
This approach facilitates the ability to speak with and understand native speakers of the new language, leading to deeper understanding and long-term retention.
force of input
Presenting the brain with engaging content that is highly interesting or relevant to the individual. This is why we do not use boring word or phrase memorization or spend precious time learning grammar or spelling. Instead, we find content that engages the brain.
force of mimicking
Leverages how humans learn the most essential things, with language being a basic necessity for survival. We learn to perceive and replicate the music and rhythm of the language, as well as the intonation and facial expressions. We mimic.
force of expression
The strongest catalyst in the LMA method. In traditional language learning methods, speech expression always lags behind comprehension. In the LMA language acquisition method, the Force of Expression is front and center. Individuals are able to speak right away and speak longer with every week of their Language Adventure. This force connects different areas of the brain and accelerates language acquisition.
force of relationship
This is innate to all humans and is the source of initial language acquisition of the native language. The relationships between a mother and child, a person and their family, and friends are foundational in evolutionary language acquisition. LMA facilitates the building of relationships between the individual and a carefully selected language companion during the Language Adventure.
force of commitment
This is another innate ingredient that accelerates the speed of language acquisition. Like a parent committed to a child or a person to the community, the Force of Commitment is essential. Commitment is what makes us persevere, endure, and complete a task. This dedication is essential from each person involved for the project to succeed.
