These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Language Magic Adventures Corporation (“Language Magic Adventures,” “LMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and individuals enrolling in or participating in any Language Magic Adventures program (“Adventurer,” “you,” or “your”).
These Terms apply to all Language Magic Adventures programs, services, communications, materials, and platforms, whether purchased or accessed online, by email, phone, video call, or other electronic means.
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any Language Magic Adventures program or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Payment for any Language Magic Adventures service constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Where applicable, these Terms operate together with a separately signed Adventurer Agreement governing the specific program. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a signed Adventurer Agreement, the Adventurer Agreement shall prevail with respect to that program.
Language Magic Adventures provides intensive, guided language acquisition programs (“Adventures”) designed to support meaningful progress in spoken communication in a target language.
Services may include, depending on the specific Adventure:
Language Magic Adventures reserves the right to adapt delivery formats, scheduling, and group composition as reasonably necessary to deliver the program.
All Language Magic Adventures programs are time-bound and delivered within a defined Adventure period communicated prior to the start date.
Access to sessions, materials, communication channels, guidance, and support is limited strictly to the active Adventure window.
An Adventure may be declared complete when:
Once an Adventure is declared complete, all services and access conclude, and no further sessions or support are included unless a new program is purchased.
Language Magic Adventures does not provide lifetime access to:
Continuation of services requires enrollment in a new Adventure or program under a separate agreement.
To receive the intended benefit of the Adventure, the Adventurer agrees to:
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact results and eligibility for the Satisfaction Guarantee.
All program fees are communicated prior to enrollment and must be paid in full before services begin, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Language Magic Adventures begins preparation and allocation of resources immediately upon enrollment. Accordingly, all payments are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated under the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Late or unresolved payment issues may result in temporary suspension or termination of access to services.
Language Magic Adventures takes full responsibility for the design, structure, and delivery of every Adventure.
We commit to providing a personalized, well-structured program aligned with the Adventurer’s goals, current level, and availability, and to delivering the agreed sessions, tools, guidance, and support throughout the active Adventure period. We actively support Adventurers in addressing challenges, adjusting approach when appropriate, and working toward meaningful progress in spoken communication.
If an Adventurer actively participates in the Adventure and follows the agreed Adventure Plan, yet declares that the Adventure was not successful, the Adventurer may request a Satisfaction Review.

If Language Magic Adventures determines that the Adventure was not delivered as agreed or did not provide meaningful value despite active participation, we will take responsibility by offering an appropriate resolution. This may include a partial or full refund, additional support, or the opportunity to repeat the Adventure, at our discretion.
The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply in cases of prolonged inactivity, disengagement, or failure to communicate concerns during the active Adventure period.
Except where the Satisfaction Guarantee applies, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Unused time, missed sessions, or unused portions of an Adventure do not constitute grounds for a refund. Where applicable, unused value may be held as a non-refundable credit toward a future Adventure, subject to availability and current pricing.
Language Magic Adventures reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation without refund in cases including but not limited to:
Termination does not release the Adventurer from outstanding obligations.
All methodologies, materials, exercises, recordings, frameworks, and resources provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Language Magic Adventures.
Adventurers may use materials solely for personal use and agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any content or sessions without prior written consent.
Confidential and proprietary information must be kept confidential during and after participation.
Language Magic Adventures programs are educational language acquisition services.
While Language Magic Adventures guarantees delivery of the agreed services and structured guidance, specific language outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on individual participation and engagement.
Language Magic Adventures does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. Any personal, professional, or commercial application of acquired language skills remains the responsibility of the Adventurer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Language Magic Adventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable Adventure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with any signed Adventurer Agreement, constitute the entire understanding between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, communications, or representations.
Language Versions. These Terms & Conditions are established in English. Translations may be provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Acceptance of these Terms may occur electronically and is legally binding.
